Roles & Responsibilities
- Source candidates using a variety of job portals.
- Develop Job Descriptions as per the requirements of the company.
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
- Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally.
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to the hiring manager.
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time hire, time-to-hire, and source of hire.
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Relevant field.
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills.
- General Knowledge of sourcing techniques.
- High energy and passion.
