HR Recruiter

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Source candidates using a variety of job portals.
  • Develop Job Descriptions as per the requirements of the company.
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
  • Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally.
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to the hiring manager.
  • Monitor key HR metrics, including time hire, time-to-hire, and source of hire.
  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
  • Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Relevant field.
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills.
  • General Knowledge of sourcing techniques.
  • High energy and passion.
